I have a personal relationship with over 1000 private lenders in Texas. They are all sophisticated and in many cases accredited investors, that can fund deals quickly. We can typically fund multi-million dollar commercial deals (up to $15M) in under 15 days. We can typically fund residential deals (<$750K) within a day. You don't need to have all the money, you just need to know people that have all the money.
